The staff was beyond friendly, especially a lovely woman who made our late night check-in a breeze. My room was clean and comfy with a cute patio view of the pool, perfect for relaxing with my pup! The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi were a dreamy way to unwind after a long day.

You can't beat the location! It's close to parks and has plenty of free parking. The staff member at check-in was friendly and made the process easy, even when alone.

I had a wonderful experience exploring Boise since everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away, including popular spots like the Idaho Black History Museum, Julia Davis Park, and a variety of great restaurants like Sushi Joy and Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill, all within about 500 meters. The hotel itself offered spacious and clean accommodations with a big comfortable bed and a smart TV with Netflix-perfect for unwinding after a day out. I did notice a few areas for improvement, like the hallways needing cleaning and some outdated features.

i had a great stay at red lion hotel. the updated room with no carpet and newer bathrooms was a plus. i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, and the convenient location that allowed me to walk to nearby restaurants. the breakfast was nice, and i also liked that the hotel is dog friendly.

I chose Red Lion Hotel for its proximity to the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, but the free shuttle service pleasantly surprised me. The Coffee Garden offers delicious American fare, and the immediate vicinity has great dining options.
